Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary, the grade II listed church of all Saints and remains of the Church of All Saints lies to the west of the site. Any development has the potential to impact upon the setting of these designated heritage assets. There is currently no mention of these assets within the policy or of the need to conserve and where appropriate enhance the significance of these nearby heritage assets.

Suggested Change:
Amend policy to include reference to the grade II listed Church and remains of church and the need to conserve and where appropriate enhance the significance of these heritage assets.
