Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary, the grade II listed Little Potash/Brunel House and Corporation Farmhouse lie to the east of the site.
There is currently no mention of these heritage assets in the policy or supporting text or of the need to conserve and enhance the significance of the heritage assets (including any contribution made to that significance by setting). We suggest that the policy be amended to refer to these heritage assets and the need to conserve and enhance them and also to the need for appropriate landscaping along the eastern edge of the site.
