Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary, there are a number of grade II listed buildings to the south of the site and the Foulsham Conservation Area lies to the south and east of the site. Any development of the site has the potential to impact upon the setting of these heritage assets.
We welcome bullet point 2 which refers to the listed buildings to the south. However, there is no mention of the conservation area.

Suggested Change:
Amend the policy and supporting text to make reference to the Foulsham Conservation Area and associated listed buildings and the need to conserve and enhance the significance of the heritage assets (including any contribution made to that significance by setting).
