Any development in this area would be an encroachment on the green space. This is already heavily used by the local community for walking and dog walking. With the further developments planned for Roundhouse, this green space is going to become more in demand.
With the heavy development already planned for Roundhouse it is important that the development boundaries are maintained to avoid all of the developments linking up in one large urban sprawl.
