This could be suitable as a long term aim for housing that is different from the standard ribbon development we have traditionally had to endure in Bunwell.
A proper community could be founded here but it would require some green communal areas to be included. There is a recreational ground nearby but that would not suffice as it is away from this triangle on the other side of the B1113.
