This site offers easy access to the A140 without the need to go through the village. Pedestrian access to the village is already facilitated by the presence of a footway on the western side, though a second new footway on the eastern side should be provided to avoid pedestrians having to cross this busy road. There would also be less impact on the village during the building phase, than would be the case for some of the other proposed sites.
