GNLP1002 already deemed unsuitable in the HELAA suitability assessment and should not be considered further. GNLP1002 sites are isolated from local established communities. Development of GNLP1002 would create an urban sprawl into farmland and destroy the rural nature of Forncett. In keeping with recent planning applications on Northfield Road which were either amended or rejected by SNC to preserve the rural nature of the local area, these sites should not be considered for development as this would be contrary to the Councils strict planning criteria.
