There is a site proposal for the neighbouring brownfield site which is far more suitable for development. It is qute inappropriate to build on both stes in a part of a small rural village which already has several council houses, social houses and some mixed housing. Developing both sites will turn a rural landscape into one which is urban.
The lane onto which the site opens is very narrow and will become very dangerous with increased traffic
