Representation ID: 14177

Received: 16/03/2018

Respondent: Mr David Chaplin

Representation Summary:

Surely we should be putting policies in place to protect the wildlife and woodlands in this area rather than build on them. The area is currently used by many people on a daily basis by locals walking dogs, running and for recreation. The parking lot is often full by visitors cars many of whom use the area for dog walking. With the current plan of 650 houses to be built opposite this will become even more of a necessity to remain for recreation as an open space.
