Stoke Holy Cross has recently increased in size by over 33% - far beyond what was agreed in the previous LDP.
Problems residents experience with low water pressure, sewage overflows & surface water run offs would be exacerbated by further developments.
The village would completely lose its identity & become one sprawling mass of new developments, merging with Poringland & Framingham Earl.
The landscape of the Tas Valley will be destroyed, as will habitat for wildlife.
It is far more appropriate to develop brown field sites in & around Norwich, than build on productive agricutural land in Green Belt areas
