The site runs directly adjacent to my whole boundary. Development on this site would have a significant negative impact on my privacy and well-being. The site also is a floodplain for the river which runs adjacent to it and flood risks would be probable. In addition the infrastructure in Spooner Row is not sufficient to cope with a development of this scale. The village identity as a linear settlement would also be affected by this development. I strongly object to the proposal and suitability of this site which would erode my standard of living and that of other villagers.
