Access is very poor and using Church View will bring significant traffic problems emerging onto a dangerous bend. The field being suggested for this development forms part of a circular walk enjoyed by the whole community and its loss would interfere with the 'patterns of living that characterise the area' Swainsthorpe has very limited resources which cannot sustain a significant increase in population. This proposal reduces green spaces available to the community and the wider visual impact from the A140.
