There is to date either newly built or permission granted for over 1,500 houses in the vicinity of this proposal.
This wooded area is heavily used by dog walkers and families enjoying the tranquility of this oasis in an otherwise highly populated area. The erosion of footpaths is clear evidence of use.
As the surrounding area becomes more populated there will be an increasing need for such spaces which provide an ideal habitat for wildlife and a welcome peaceful area for families to enjoy .
Please reject this proposal and retain this area of our natural environment for future generations.
