I strongly object to this proposal. The proposed site sits along the entirety of our side boundary. It will seriously impact on our way of life, well being and country views from all windows. No doubt significantly reducing the value of our property as a result.

Spooner Row is not suitable for large scale development without significant investment in infrastructure. The train stops once a day arriving in Norwich at 8:30 and leaving at 4:30. No use to anyone who works normal office hours. The bus stop(?!)) is a walk along a 60 mile an hour road with no pavements and across two roundabouts connecting the a11 which cars speed round. The road between Wymondham and spooner row is already dangerous as its not wide enough for two cars in parts and already increasingly busy. The school is also tiny and old.
