This development will increase pressure on already over stretched services:- GP's,schools, water supplies. It will make the current traffic situation on Stoke Rd., Proingland/ Poringland Rd., Stoke Holy Cross/ Long Lane even worse than it is now due to the continually clogged B1332 due to the excessive over development of Poringland/Stoke Holy Cross/ The Framinghams.
In short all the proposed developments in this area are not sustainable.
