1/ Findings of Planning Inspector who refused appeal for development of this site arising from last planning application for this site are still entirely valid.
2/ Maintaining open space within centre of village is very important given the current & ongoing development of 1,000+ homes to North of existing village. Scale of this new additional development should not allow further development within village centre, increased density will adversely affect natural environment traffic, safety,noise, pollution, air quality etc.
