Building here will result in substantial loss of valuable woodland in the Yare Valley. This is a space that is extensively used by many people for a variety of reasons. It is an area of beauty and a habitat for a variety of wildlife and building on the land will have detrimental effects on the environment.
Development will also add to congestion in an area already struggling at peak times.
