We support our modest scale project for self-build homes with associated allotment area, community orchard/open space and enlarged and enhanced bio-diversity areas. However, we note some objections have been lodged against our scheme appear to refer to site GNLP0431. Our site is not behind: nor will it overlook any existing housing, is not waterlogged, is adjacent to the main village road. Our carefully considered/sited proposal has been shown not to impact on exiting views, would increase biodiversity/habitat, provide additional areas for wider community use. It should also be noted that there are no public rights of way across the site.
