This site in common with most applications, says unspecified amounts (dwellings) which leads to the impression of complete over- innundation within the village. What is needed is the relevant amount of AFFORDABLE housing for those who have entitlement, not an uncontrolled land-grab that benefits a few people, who then disappear, leaving the community blighted, trying to cope with what is left. This area is home to important amphibian wildlife , which will probably be destroyed.
