This potential development site would encroach into the parish boundary of Stoke Holy Cross & would merge with the new housing developments in Poringland.
The local infrastructure cannot cope with any more development - NHS England East has stated that local medical facilities cannot cope.
There are insufficient places at local schools for all the extra children that this development would bring & local roads cannot cope with the existing volume of traffic.
This is outside the boundary set by the development plan & would reduce agricultural production, wildlife habitat & would contributes to the existing surface water drainage problems.
