We don't feel that the village can support anymore houses, the junction with the A140 is already extremely busy, especially in rush hour and many accidents have occurred here in the past. Church Road is already a rat-run for people living in Mulbarton and these cars often speed through the village; any extra traffic could be a recipe for disaster. There is a children's play area opposite the potential access point. We'd hate to see the wildlife destroyed, there are many habitats on the edge of the field which was planted by the previous landowner to support wildlife.
