Representation ID: 17009

Received: 11/11/2018

Respondent: MR Marlon Fulcher

Representation Summary:

Hellesdon Parish doesn't have any open community land east of the Cromer road. This land should be kept open for various uses for the residents of Hellesdon. If families and young people want to access community parkland they currently have to cross the busy Cromer Road, they deserve their own land with access to play equipment. The motivation for this proposal is financial profit, the motivation for keeping it for community land is to help the quality of life for local residents. The housebuilding density suggested would leave it feeling very crowded and out of place with local development.
