Both sites on surface water flood flow path affecting approx. 50% of northern site and approx. 85% of southern site.
Northern site - depths between 300-900mm for high (up to 1 in 30yr)medium (between 1 in 30 & 1 in 100yr) and low (between 1 in 100 & 1 in 1000yr)risk events. the whole of the frontage of the site affected by all events.
Southern site - depths generally below 300mm for high and medium risk events and between 300mm & 900mm for low risk events
