The reason that I object to residential houses in this area is that there are too many houses already. Doctors are at the maximum capacity. We already have issues in getting out the road, more cars, possibly 100 more would cause other motorists issues in this area. We have no green space at all. If this piece of land could be used for a community area there would be somewhere safe for children to play, residents could use it for exercise/health reasons, dogs have an area to run and more importantly it will bring a community together,
