This area is nearing saturation point in terms of available infrastructure. The roads locally are busy all day. The planned entrance/exit from this proposed development would pour more traffic into Heath Cresent.The barrier on Heath Cresent was erected to kerb traffic flow!The preservation of green spaces is essential in communities. Hellesdon has no green space east of the A140. I would like to see the green space used as a communal area. I regularly use the field for running, with the emergence of 'park runs' Hellesdon could make great use of such a green space for all ages.
