How could these three plots of land even be considered for development????
Drainage on the stretch of road that GNLP2052 and 2053 is proposed on floods when we have huge downpours (and that's when the ditches are kept clear!) what would happen when the developers finish and theres no one tending them?
There is no reliable facility for sewage, no mains drainage. The villagers rely on either septic tanks or a small sewage plant, that gets emptied by lorry.
The Street in Fersfield is a very busy road, with large farm machinery and lorries using it continuously throughout the day. This can make dog walking, riding, cycling and driving quiet dangerous at times.
Fersfield is a small village, and should remain a small village. Once these pieces of land are gone, they're gone for good. So sad.
