We need to have a well thought out strategy for increasing retail and employment North of the NDR as this will help provide some relief for the city and problems with access given the huge inflows of traffic into and out of the city on arterial roads every day. This proposal could be part of the solution if all the details prove sensible and sensitive to the requirements of the local area
