I wish to object very strongly to this proposal on the grounds of the additional traffic it will create in Prince Andrews Road and Heath Crescent with the proposed access road, getting out of this area onto Cromer Road even now can be a huge problem, having to wait 10 minutes or more is not uncommon so I can't begin to imagine the extra problems that this will cause if the site proposal is accepted with the access arrangements as currently planned.
