Full text:

Firstly the building of 50 houses on the old Jarrold site would mean somewhere in the region of 70-90 extra vehicles on an already overused road. Those travelling to the city will use Prince Andrews Road to get on to Cromer Road. There is already lots of cars parked on the pavements on Brabazon Road including 4 or 5 cars that are continually parked close to the Cromer Road. The extra traffic wanting to either turn right of left from Brabazon will mean queues every morning.
Where will the extra people needing Doctors appointments go? It already takes at least 2weeks to get an appointment at the Reepham Road surgery. The local schools are almost full with children having to cross the busy Cromer Road to get to school. Those coming out of the new estate trying to access St Faiths Road will make the queues longer. We already in Hellesdon have 600 odd new houses on the golf club site, this to me is the straw that broke the camels back. Please turn this down.
