I would just like to add that i do not think this would be a good idea. The Jarrold field could be used for a community hub this side of Hellesdon, such as a play areas for children, pay and play tennis courts, that sort of thing, not more congestion.
The unit on the site, could be ran by Brittania Cafe at weekends...look at Eaton Park as an example.
