We have lived at Heath Crescent for 13 years and although a quiet area, sometimes lorries will think they can take a short cut through to fifers lane which causes enough noise and difficulty when they need to do a u turn. I understand the road and traffic were horrendous before they put up the bollards to stop traffic "cutting through".
If 30-50 houses were built each having at least one car,it would be an absolute nightmare trying to get out of the crescent onto Cromer road. It already takes quite an age for one car.
The roads just aren't wide enough for so much more traffic and you must think of the safety aspect and pollution. KEEP IT GREEN LAND PLEASE
