I live on Prince Andrews Rd and have done for five plus years and I strongly object to the proposal...for a number of reasons and in no particular order;

Prince Andrew's Rd can already be utilised as a bit of a rat run and the speeds that some drive along it is high and a danger to all residents.

Presumably this will affect my house value in a negative way.

Not enough green space nearby, especially with some leisure facilities.

Golf course is housing 1000 new homes so what is the point in creating 50 on a small space.

Can schools and NHS cope locally, I would have strong doubts.

Fifty houses on that plot with presumably narrow roads will not cope with the amount of cars.

Elderly populated is Prince Andrew's Rd, a development will make them particularly vulnerable to crime, especially whilst being built and lots of tools/equipment lay about.

My list is not exhaustive and my fellow residents have expressed their concerns and from what I have read so far I cannot disagree with any of them.

RENOVATE THE GREEN SPACE INTO A PUBLIC LEISURE / PLAY PARK AREA FOR ALL TO ENJOY
