The parish of Hellesdon has limited green spaces for recreational purposes and this area would be better retained and used by residents to its full capacity inc expanding the existing facilities.
For the site be used for building the amount of homes planned the traffic impact on the small residential roads in the area will be severe. The number of properties planned is very high density for a small parcel of land. Safety of existing occupiers, many elderly, more cars using the existing roads within the neighbourhood is of great concern plus the new properties overlooking existing ones, mainly bungalows.
