Not that I'm against new development but the ideal of demolishing 3 Prince Andrews Rd to give an access road for potentially up to 50 new dwellings is ludicrous, Prince Andrews Rd is too narrow and windy to be able to cope with the extra traffic that would be generated by 50 new homes.
If this development is to go ahead then access should ideally be straight onto Fifers Lane.
As a resident on this road for many years I do not want to see an increase in traffic and noise that would be a result from this new development.
