1) Local infrastructure is unable to cope with the existing houses. Additional houses will only make the situation worse.
2) Very isolated with the closest public transport in excess of a 45 minute walk away down a neglected field footpath
3) Local primary school already full with existing residents having to send their children to another school
4) No gas supply to the area
5) The services listed for the village are all in the main village which is in excess of a 45 minute walk.
6) The development sits next to Buxton Heath and would cause environmental issues
