Road access is bad the heath is already too congested with HGVs using the full width of the road and the Junctions with the Holt & Aylsham roads would need improving
There are no utilities here it is a remote area - School over a mile & half away Pub and Bus stop 2 Miles away.Single carriageways, unlit no pavements makes walking dangerous
Surface water can be a problem in heavy rain especially at the end of the Turn
Back development could set a precedent for further development which is out of character with the area
