OBJECT - I agree with all the comments already made by residents,
I also have concerns over how this will affect the value of my house on Prince Andrews Road.
Prince Andrews Road is already pretty busy and is used as a rat run by speeding motorists, the additional traffic will pose extra risk to my young children. Also the road is heavily populated by elderly who would also be put at risk.
Further risk to all is the undesirables that any building development attracts.
Better would be to open this green land up to the public and regenerate!!
