This side of Hevingham is a Hamlet of the main village, to route between the 2 areas is down windy roads with no street lighting or paths and can be dangerous at times. This is also the case for the nearest bus stop which is over 2 miles away and dangerous to access. Sometimes the road near the school often floods and is impassable by foot. The roadway leading to the site in question is a single track road and hasn't got the infrastructure to cope with the additional vehicles.
Consideration to wildlife should be given as there are a number of animal on the field and in the surrounding trees
A recent application for a building plot application number 20171026 was refused due to the main facilities like schools, medical, shopping within easy reach and no public transport within the vicinity of the site.
