Fersfield is a small village, it can not realistically take a huge 250 house, estate! I do believe however that we need affordable housing. I also think that we need to look at land with in villages to build on. Homes are needed nation wide. This site would work well. It is central to the village and is only a small set of paddocks, right next to a recreational meadow.
