Full text:

The proposed development of this site of 26.23 h/acres for mixed use development will bring traffic chaos to the area there is no direct access to Broadland Northway (NDR) so access would be via New Drayton Lane which is subject to severe traffic delays now, causing tail backs into the village daily. the proposed site is productive arable land and should be retained as such. With housing density approx 20 houses to the h/acre, if only 20 h/acres was used for housing this could mean another 400 homes for Horsford. Further housing on this scale should be resisted at all costs as it will put further strain on the doctors schools and services of the village, Horsford does not need nor can cope with further developments of this size.
