The proposed access to the site at no3 Prince Andrews Road and extremely close to the junction with Heath Crescent will cause additional difficulty for traffic both exiting and entering Prince Andrews Road (especially during the construction phase) as this junction is already very restricted.
Addition traffic to and from the new site will also cause additional difficulty in traffic flow on Heath Crescent, Prince Andrews Road and Brabazon Road, which are all narrow with sharp corners and considerable parking.
Any additional housing will also cause further problems for over stretched Schools and Doctors Surgeries.
