This is the only green site this side of Cromer Road where children can play and also be used a sports field. The entrance and exit road is too close to the corner of Prince Andrews on heath crescent which happens to be a dangerous corner as people cut it up. Exit from Heath Crescent at moment with all traffic coming along Cromer Road both ways seems to take ages getting out. Imagine what it would be like with another 50 cars also coming from the site. I can see queues of cars at least 10 deep. How long then would it take to exit out to the main road. Not showing on the site plan is another exit leading on to fifers lane means the tennis courts. This would result in no one would suffer from extra traffic in the crescent either side of the barrier.
