My property was purchased with the benefit of not being overlooked. Any development would spoil this. My garden has been established with mature trees and shrubs that would suffer if needed to be taken down. Wild life has also been encouraged, would be endangered by construction.
I am concerned about my property being de-valued by housing new housing in close proximity. The road leading to the proposed entrance is not designed for construction traffic and would cause problems to both road users and residents. I am opposed to any building on the land that should be used for recreation. However if housing is to be built, it should be sympathetic to the surrounding housing i.e bungalows which would not over look my property.
