The site is outside the development boundaries as is all of The Heath in Hevingham. The area is a hamlet with houses along each of the two roads. The roads are only single track which now very often get blocked. To have a estate of houses behind the existing houses would be completely out of character. The area does not have easy access to the school and for the majority of the year it is not possible to walk to the school. The same for bus links as it is over a mile to each main road.
