This site has been used for many years as a sports facility and should not be taken forward for housing.
There are concerns about the additional traffic movements on Heath Crescent and surrounding roads
that would be generated from a residential development of this scale.
Hellesdon is desperately short of green open space areas so this site must be retained for sports use.
