I am writing in the interests of my grandmother, a resident of Prince Andrews Road.
Any development of this site has the propensity to exacerbate existing traffic congestion issues with the junctions of Heath Crescent and Brabazon Road with the Cromer Road and the use of Prince Andrews Road as a cut through. The whole road layout and access routes would require careful design solutions to alleviate the risk of the quiet, winding suburban route of Prince Andrews Road becoming a busy, disruptive cut through detrimental to the amenity of existing residents.
