New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 18306

Representation Summary:

The Jarrolds recreation site, has valuable amenities for the area. There are no green / leisure sites on this side of Cromer Road and with the increase in housing on Eversleigh Road - all children have to cross a very busy road, the traffic having increased since in the opening of the NDR.
The facilities on the Jarrolds recreation would be good for older people and young and should not become another housing estate. The houses would not be in the affordable area anyway.
Access from Prince Andrews Road, would be very difficult as there is already people using Heath Crescent as parking, for airport office sites and employee's of the Mazda garage on Cromer Road. Getting onto the Cromer Road can take ages, as extra traffic would cause a back up into the access to the Jarrolds site.
Let HPC take on the family and run it for what it is.
