Representation ID: 18363

Received: 10/12/2018

Respondent: Mr Gary Hoy

Representation Summary:

-The plan will take away one of the last remaining 'green spaces' in Hellesdon which is already lacking 'green space'.
- Councils should be looking to encourage the use of green spaces for the health and welfare of residents, not 'carpet bomb' them with developments.
-The impact on local residents and traffic flow. The proposal will create a 'rat run' for vans and other vehicles cutting out the traffic lights at the junction of Cromer Road/Fifers Lane increasing localised air pollution. This is exactly the reason the permanent bollards were placed on Heath Crescent, to stop this occurring.
