1. There is Inadequate green space in Hellesdon. There will be NO FACILITIES AT ALL FOR YOUNGSTERS TO GO AND PLAY this side of the busy Cromer Road.

a. The access points undermine the closure of Heath Cresent creating a NEW RAT RUN for vans seeking to cut out the junction of Fifers Lane and Cromer Road. This was the reason Heath Cresent was closed in the first place.
b. Knocking down a residential property is unacceptable. A proper access road should be built from the rear of the park along the bund, directly on to the Fifers Lane.
