This site is in a Conservation Area, in a beautiful rural setting.
It is on a single track road with intense farm traffic use.
I am surprised that 5 houses can be squeezed into this small site. There are significant mature trees which would have to be removed.
There is no mains sewage/drainage.
The telephone service is already under stress in this area.
I query the "previously detached farmhouse on site" - as far as I understand it was a one storey carpenter's workshop.
